Description

This plugin removes the power requirement for a wide range of lights in Rust, not just Christmas lights.

Lights turn on instantly after placement, consume no electricity, and remain functional after server restarts. Power logic is overridden server-side. Wiring is optional and effectively useless.

Every light type can be enabled or disabled independently via config.

  • Fairy Lights (electric.fairylights)

  • Fluorescent Light (electric.fluorescentlight)
  • Simple Light (electric.simplelight)
  • Industrial Wall Light, incl. green/red/blue (industrial.wall.light, industrial.wall.light.green, industrial.wall.light.red, industrial.wall.light.blue)
  • Search Light (searchlight)
• Independent enable/disable per light type via config
• No generators, batteries or wiring required
• Automatic activation on placement
• Lights persist across restarts
• Forced zero power consumption
• Clean shutdown on unload

• Set an entry to false to restore vanilla behavior for that light type
• Updating from an older version: delete the old config file once so it regenerates with the new entries
